“We had an issue with the plumbing in our master bathroom develop over the weekend. This had a sudden onset and very odd pattern. On Monday AM we called Scott McLeod Plumbing and to my surprise, they were able to send out a team a few hours later. Based on our description of what was happening, and his inspection of a few things, Teddy deduced immediately what the most likely problem was and explained to us the sequence of events that caused our problem. It was so logical and was communicated to us so clearly that we immediately felt complete trust in the solution he proposed. He was very obviously a complete expert. The cost proposal for all the work was very reasonable. He and his assistant spent the rest of the day solving our problems. It was such a pleasure having two such lovely people take care of our issues. I have used another top-rated local plumbing company in the past and although they did good work, I felt like their pricing was very high.”

“What an amazing day, who can say that after a water heater breakdown? We called, and you guys didn't let us down. 20 minutes after our call, the service repair men were joyfully, professionally ready at my door. They examined, explored, determined what happened to our 3 year old Water heater, found our house regulator valve shot, corrosion was filling the diaphragm of it, preventing it from regulating our water pressure. Because our water pressure was over 100 psi, our 3-year-old water heater inner liner was torn through, and the entire tank was emptying around the lower seam. Everything was shown, explained, and once they learned that my husband is 100%disabled vet, and currently recovering from shoulder surgery. The discounted price met our ability, and 2 hours later, we have a new water heater and water regulator, and are happy that this company met our needs.”
