Very happy with the work and professionalism
Wednesday night I was notified by a neighbor that my backyard was flooded. I went out and looked. The water was coming out below the cement pad where all the utilities come out. I notified the park maintenance man, who came and looked at it. He dug a trough to divert the water and said, "Nothing we can do tonight, but I will have a plumber here first thing in the morning." True to his word, Scott McLeod plumbers showed up at 9 a.m. They promptly got to work using their jackhammer on the concrete pad so they could access the water main below. They found the problem was a cracked pipe coming up from the water main to my meter that was cracked. They removed the damaged pipe and installed a new pipe. Total time was about four hours.
After the mud dries out, they will be back next week to fill the hole in and prep the area to make a new cement pad.
I am very happy with the work and their professionalism. The main plumber was Elias; sorry I forgot the helper's name.

Just a great experience from start to finish
We had a tree fall on our house with the big windstorm this week. The chimney was knocked down and fell on our water line pipes, causing a leak. Erik and Carlos came out the same day I called to help. They worked quickly and under some dangerous conditions, as they had to climb over the rubble of our chimney, and there were tiles dangling from the roof. Not to mention the tree still hadn't yet been removed from our house. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and just super cool guys. Thanks to the team at Scott McLeod Plumbing!
