They Have Saved Me Thousands of Dollars
Angel, and his trainee/helper Dalton, were amazing.
I called Scott McLeod after a referral from a heating and air contractor I have used in the past. I needed someone to come and give me a second opinion on having some work done. I already had one company (call them Rooter Co. A) perform service to fix a faulty backwater check valve which had caused a small flood in my downstairs toilet. After performing that work, Rooter Co. A said I needed additional work done on my drain pipe under the house which would cost between $9,000 and $15,000 (in addition to the thousands of dollars I was already spending for the check valve fix).
Scott McLeod was able to come out to the property the same morning (within less than 2 hours), unlike other companies I called that would not be able to make it until the next day. Angel and Dalton came out and scoped the drain line and said that everything looked fine and nothing needed to be done, except possibly to hydro jet the line to clean it.
Angel and Dalton were very upfront about their work and how they and Scott McLeod operate and treat customers/clients (all good stuff). They have saved me thousands of dollars and I am very happy about that.
Scott McLeod will definitely be my first call in the future for any type of plumbing service I may need. Thank you, Angel and Dalton, for your honesty and integrity.

Came home from a week-long vacation, and after everyone used the bathrooms, it started flooding out the back cleanout. Decided to call Scott McLeod because of them being right up the street and the good reviews. Michelle, who answered, set us up same day and said someone would be there in a few hours to fix our problem and was very nice. Kyle showed up after working on another job all day and worked into the dark hours cleaning out the drain. He was very professional and will use them again if another issue comes up and ask for him if possible. They are a little pricey but well worth it, like the old saying goes: you get what you pay for.

This is the best plumbing company ever. Technician Rick was very knowledgeable in his craft. I thought I had an issue with my sewer lines. Rick was able to run cameras through my lines and gave me the good news that everything was clear. Initially we thought I would need high-pressure unclogging of my lines which would run me around $800, but it wasn’t necessary. I appreciate the honesty of Rick and not performing unnecessary work just to make an extra buck like other plumbing companies would do. My experience with this company was excellent. I value honesty and professionalism and that’s what you will get from this company. From here forward they are my company for any plumbing needs.
