I got an urgent call late Thursday afternoon that the gas was shut off to my rental property due to leaks.
Since the property was built in 1956, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty, and the tenants were in an obvious rush to get their hot water back.
Who was there bright and early the next day to get the job done on a full valve/line replacement???... No shocker here!
