One of the Best Experiences with Plumbers
I had a small problem with my flange in the master bathroom, and so my home manager called out to Scott McLeod Plumbing, and they sent out Carlos P. in Austin. Ever since the beginning, Carlos has been very amazing with explaining what is wrong with the plumbing. Anytime we had a question, he would be available to answer it. Both of them have been very kind, respectable, and very willing to explain anything that we had questions about. The problem with the plumbing was that we had a broken flange, and Carlos carefully explained that it wasn't a drainage problem, and it wasn't that the toilet was unstable; it was the flange, and they carefully explained the process of what they were going to do. They were always on time, so yeah, one of the best experiences with plumbers that I've had recently. Nothing much I can say besides amazing job, amazing people, and amazing service.
