Elias was amazing. I had been trying to DIY this leak for 3 days and finally gave Scott McLeod a call. Very glad I did! He came over within 35 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, and knew how to fix it. Ninety minutes later everything was fixed. Price was extremely fair. In fact, if I would’ve known it would’ve been cheap, I would’ve called him straight away. He was very honest and open, and I will definitely be working with them again.

Scott McLeod Plumbing found and fixed our water leak at our home. Teddy Serrato was the lead supervisor, who came out with his team and they searched and finally found the leak in the pipe. They were able to fix it and they discovered the water pressure was too high because our regulator was broken, and so they installed a new one and made sure our house was running at the correct pressure. They said they could get us a good price on a water softener for our home. We had been talking about doing that and so we went ahead and got the water softener, and they installed it and got it up and running. They cleaned up after themselves and all in all we were very pleased with their service. We would definitely hire them again for plumbing work.

Had a leak issue under my kitchen area (I have a raised foundation). Called a local plumber to come out and take a look. They looked at it and told me it was an issue that would involve cutting into my wall to replace the old pipe that was leaking, something that would cost me over 3k. I didn't want to spend that kind of money, since we had just done some home remodeling. I called Scott McLeod Plumbing for a second opinion and quote, Teddy was sent out to look at my issue. In a nutshell, let me just say Teddy was awesome..!! He looked at the issue, told me the same thing about needing to cut through the wall, etc. BUT the difference is, Teddy also provided me with cheaper alternate solutions to the issue. He was also honest enough to tell me the cheaper solutions were not permanent, so I may see the issue arise again in future years. But to me, that was good enough delay for my wife and I to at least financially prepare ourselves when that issue raised its head again. We agreed to one of the solutions he proposed. He took pictures of the issue before he fixed it and afterwards (since the issue was in the crawl space under my home). Teddy was also very detailed in his information and around what he was going to do. Teddy was prompt on the day he was going to do the work, did the work in a relatively short time and was in constant communication with me during the repair. I cannot say enough about Teddy and his communication and quality of work. He did an awesome job..!! I highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing....and if you do call them, ask for Teddy to be on your job...!!

Good quality professional workmanship on a second-floor inside ceiling drain-pipe leak. A PVC drain pipe connection from the upstairs shower was leaking through to the downstairs kitchen ceiling. Though expensive, it cost $495 just to open up the affected ceiling area and perform a 5-minute look to verify the leaky pipe, then an additional $400 to service and repair the affected pipe. I felt the expense justified, as the entire experience was scheduled promptly by their dispatcher, and the service tech performed the work satisfactorily, was also knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the problem and the recommended repairs in good detail before performing the work. Total time to complete repair, including a short parts run: 90 minutes. In the event of another household plumbing issue, I would definitely use this company again.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this company has stellar technicians. I called SMP because I had a major leak on the outdoor bib faucet, and an hour later Rick showed up at my door. He was super friendly and highly skilled. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. He left everything clean and tidied up and, most of all, fixed the problem. We will definitely be using SMP again!

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, treated the location like it was his home were just one of the few great things to mention. The price and honesty in services as compared to two other local plumbing companies that had 5-star reviews were in stark contrast. There was a leak that both of the other two companies upcharged for without proper diagnosis of the problem. One claimed a slab leak when the pipes do not run under the concrete and was going to charge $10k with $4k upfront. The other was less but did not diagnose the leak and just tore through drywall. Mario used expertise to find the definitive leak. Repaired everything for just over $1,000. Incredible how honesty and using knowledge kept it one of the best interactions. These guys are a must to use. They are the true multiple 5-star review company!!!
