We set up an appointment. Dillon O’Brien and his crew came on Monday morning, very prompt. A clogged kitchen sink turned into a stressful situation that lasted two days. Dillon was very professional, kept me informed constantly. I was trustful of his work and his crew.
They went above and beyond the duty, at most efficiency in laying down blankets for trapping dirt since I have a lot of dirt with a desert scape, but I must say they left my house spotless, and it was fun chatting with Dillon. He went so far as to even hose off my sidewalk.

Decided to call Scott McLeod because of them being right up the street and the good reviews. Michelle, who answered, set us up same day and said someone would be there in a few hours to fix our problem and was very nice. Kyle showed up after working on another job all day and worked into the dark hours cleaning out the drain. He was very professional and will use them again if another issue comes up and ask for him if possible. They are a little pricey but well worth it, like the old saying goes: you get what you pay for.

We discovered our shower head was leaking, so on the phone to Scott McLeod Plumbing I went. I got them to come out between 10–12, but he was here right about 10-ish. Nice guy right up front!!
Showed him the problem. I know it was something I could have done because it was a showered cartridge, but it was an original (38 years), so it probably would be difficult, and I don’t have all of the specialty tools.
He gave a decent price for what I knew what he had to do, so I accepted. He got on it right away. I heard him trying to get out the old cartridge, and it was difficult, but he did it, even though the hard water minerals made it not easy.
He was professional, kind, educated, easy to speak to, knew his business, and a very nice man! He’s the kind of man you want working on your plumbing!
I also had him give us a bid on another small job under the kitchen sink that well will do soon.
