Amazing, fantastic service! We called Scott McLeod Plumbing after finding a water leak under the slab just before the holidays. Kyle came out the same day and assessed the issue with no cost for the service call.
Kyle gave us a couple of options for the repair. We were immediately on the schedule to have a full house re-pipe and a new water heater installed. Through the entire process everyone was professional and patient as I asked a million questions. I have already passed on their contact information to our family members! We discovered our shower head was leaking, so on the phone to Scott McLeod Plumbing I went. I got them to come out between 10–12, but he was here right about 10-ish. Nice guy right up front!!
Showed him the problem. I know it was something I could have done because it was a showered cartridge, but it was an original (38 years), so it probably would be difficult, and I don’t have all of the specialty tools.
He gave a decent price for what I knew what he had to do, so I accepted. He got on it right away. I heard him trying to get out the old cartridge, and it was difficult, but he did it, even though the hard water minerals made it not easy.
He was professional, kind, educated, easy to speak to, knew his business, and a very nice man! He’s the kind of man you want working on your plumbing!
I also had him give us a bid on another small job under the kitchen sink that well will do soon.

The cost proposal for all the work was very reasonable. He and his assistant spent the rest of the day solving our problems. It was such a pleasure having two such lovely people take care of our issues. I have used another top-rated local plumbing company in the past and, although they did good work, I felt like their pricing was very high. I am so happy to have found Scott McLeod Plumbing and will stay with them for all our future needs.

We set up an appointment. Dillon O’Brien and his crew came on Monday morning, very prompt. A clogged kitchen sink turned into a stressful situation that lasted two days. Dillon was very professional, kept me informed constantly. I was trustful of his work and his crew.
They went above and beyond the duty, at most efficiency in laying down blankets for trapping dirt since I have a lot of dirt with a desert scape, but I must say they left my house spotless, and it was fun chatting with Dillon. He went so far as to even hose off my sidewalk.
